PCN Processing Policy:
PCNs received are processed on the next business day.
Examples: If a PCN is submitted at 5:00 PM on Monday, it will be processed on Tuesday morning. If a PCN is received on a Friday, it will be processed on the following Monday.
To avoid failure in meeting the discount period, we strongly encourage clients to submit their Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) promptly. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that we receive their PCNs within a timeframe that allows for processing before the expiry of the 14-day discount period.
